Crandall University Application to Graduate Form

Degrees are conferred twice each year at Crandall University, in the fall and in the spring. All potential graduates, including those whose parchments are to be conferred at the Fall Administrative Convocation and including those who are completing certificate programs, must complete the form and pay the $50 processing fee. Students who confer their degree in the fall are encouraged to attend Spring Convocation, and must indicate their intent to attend the ceremony on this form.

This form must be accompanied by the $50.00 graduation fee (excluding Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Management students, as it was charged with semester 4 tuition).

The graduation fee applies to all students, regardless of convocational attendance.

It is the student’s responsibility to inform the Registrar’s Office if there are any changes to the information submitted.

For students who meet graduation requirements by the end of October:
• If you plan to graduate with any degree and/or certificate at the Fall Administrative Convocation, this form must be completed and returned by September 30 of the academic year in which you intend to graduate. If you do not complete this application by September 30, a late fee of $10.00 will be applied.


For students who meet their graduation requirements by the end of April:
• If you plan to graduate with any degree and/or certificate at Spring Convocation, this form must be completed and returned by October 31 of the academic year in which you intend to graduate. If you do not submit your application by October 31, a late fee of $10.00 will be applied.

Tickets
Please indicate the number of guests that you are expecting to attend graduation. Four tickets are allotted for each potential graduate but additional tickets may be available on a first come, first served basis. There is no guarantee that all requests can be honoured.
Payment
A $50.00 graduation fee is due upon submission of this application. Applications will not be processed until this fee has been paid (this fee excludes Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Management students, as it was charged with semester 4 tuition. No payment required for TESL/TEFL as well). If submitting after the deadline for applications, a $10.00 late fee will apply.
